Being lean and being skinny are two different aspects. A person is called lean when his fat percentage is low and has a good amount of muscle mass. On the other hand, a person is called skinny when he is lean with underdeveloped muscles. This usually happens due to a lack of nutrition and exercise.

The diet, the plan and the time.

Ayush joined me with the skinny structure carrying some amount of fat as well in his body. Being a vegetarian getting enough nutrition from the food he eats is a little tricky. Once the analysis was done I suggested my plan of action and we started the training. We managed to achieve a body with the least body fat percentage and well-developed muscles by the end of the training. It was not a cake walk for him, but he managed to do everything that was needed.

A 45 year fitness enthusiast was a client from my earlier years as a tainer. 12 years later when I met her again I couldn't help but notice that her fitness fervour hadn't reduced one bit, infact had only grown stronger with time.

We are now 12 weeks into the training and Shesin ma'am is already showing significant results. She has shed 4.5 kgs of weight and her waist size has dropped to 26 inches from 32 - a fact to marvel. She is now training to take part in many a pageants including the fit mom contest and is giving her best each day inorder to accomplish her goals.
